Bheka Management Services is a company that was borne out of a continued need within various industries for dynamic and relevant placement solutions. By combining strong retail and logistics networks with high-powered commercial and industry knowledge, Bheka Management Services is ideally positioned to offer dynamic and relevant process and placement solutions. Important to highlight that we are not a labour broker and that we offer Process Management services and Placement Solutions. Bheka Management Services specializes in several spheres to benefit our clients in any and every way possible. These several spheres include but are not limited to; Administration, Finance, Logistical, Technical, Engineering, Sales and Marketing in addition to IT.

PARTNERS
Stiaan Viljoen is the Managing Director as well as the Chairman of The Board of Bheka Management Services. Having graduated from the University of Pretoria, majoring in Psychology, he has worked in the corporate retail environment in various retail groups at executive management level and continues to service the industry in his present capacity.
Siseko Ntshanga is currently based in Port Elizabeth and commutes Nationally on a monthly basis. From his previous employment at Read Education Trust and the SA Reserve Bank. Siseko brings Leadership, Management and financial experience. He has various qualifications including labour law and an MBA.
Siseko was recently engaged in The 2010 Soccer World Cup Preparations. His personal strengths reside in the area of people growth and development within the Company.
Neil Kelsall has over 20 years retail operations management experience. Before joining Bheka Management Services he was a Senior Manager for an international retail chain, & was responsible for retail operations in RSA, Namibia, Botswana & Kenya.
Neil manages our Cape division and is a Specialist in process management and operates on a national basis.
