COMPANY
Bheka Management Services is a company that was borne out of a continued need within the Retail and Logistics industry
for dynamic and relevant placement solutions. By combining strong retail and logistics networks with high-powered
commercial and industry knowledge, Bheka Management Services is ideally positioned to offer dynamic and relevant
process and placement solutions. Important to highlight that we are not a labour broker and that we offer Process
Management services and Placement Solutions.

PARTNERS
Stiaan Viljoen is the Managing Director as well as the Chairman of The Board of Bheka Management Services. Having
graduated from the University of Pretoria, majoring in Psychology, he has worked in the corporate retail environment in
various retail groups at executive management level and continues to service the industry in his present capacity.
Siseko Ntshanga is currently based in Port Elizabeth and commutes to our Johannesburg Office for a week on a monthly basis. From his previous employment at Read Education Trust and the SA Reserve Bank, Siseko brings Management and financial experience. He has qualifications in librarianship, leadership, labour law and an MBA from the University of Wales. Having done his MBA thesis on the subject of marketing, his role at Bheka is that of the Marketing and Relationship Director.
